All I ever really want to know is how other people are making it through life — where do they put their body, hour by hour, and how do they cope inside of it.

Hi, I’m Lexi.

I know that many painful patterns began as survival strategies, and growth begins when we can understand where those patterns came from and practice responding differently. In therapy, you’re in the driver’s seat and I’m your GPS; you decide where you want to go, and I’ll help you explore possible routes to get there. I’m here for the hard days, the breakthroughs, and every small step in between. It’s my goal to make you feel safe, seen, and celebrated along the way.

My approach

My approach is warm, collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in curiosity. While therapy makes space for difficult emotions and deeper work, I also believe healing should include moments of humor, connection, and relief along the way. I see therapy as both a space to process painful experiences and a joyful unfolding of self-discovery.

Together, we’ll explore patterns that once helped you survive but no longer serve you, gently uncover the needs beneath overwhelm or self-criticism, and work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels safe for you.

My path to therapy

As a trauma survivor and someone diagnosed with a chronic illness at a young age, my path to becoming a therapist grew from a deep curiosity about people and the ways our experiences, environments, and relationships shape us. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from New College of Florida and later completed my Master’s in Social Work at Florida Gulf Coast University. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, teens, and adults in a variety of settings across Florida. Both my personal and professional experiences have strengthened my belief that every person deserves care that honors both their struggles and their strengths.
